DELIVERY RATES AND POLICY

DELIVERY WITHIN MALAYSIA

*Terms & Conditions

  1. Please note that shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination.
  2. If the product is in stock, delivery is within 2 to 5 business days.
  3. If due to any unforeseen reasons that any product(s) in a Transaction is not in stock, the whole order will be cancelled and refunded. A new order is to be submitted for the in-stock product(s).
  4. Request for separate/partial delivery shall not be entertained.
  5. Kindly note that should the order/parcel not be accepted or claimed by the customer/consignee or is undeliverable due to error or omission on the part of the customer/consignee or owner or for which no disposition instructions have been provided to MPH (shipper) within the 90 days (upon receiving email notification from our end) of its arrival, the order/parcel shall be considered unclaimed/abandoned. MPH has the right and shall abandon the order/parcel and substitution/refund/re-delivery requests shall NOT be entertained. The customer will have to re-submit a fresh new order. 
  6. In the event that the item(s) or parcel is undelivered and/or unclaimed by the customer from Courier Company and the item(s)/parcel is returned to MPH, we will cancel and refund the order. The customer will have to re-submit a fresh new order. Re-delivery requests shall NOT be entertained.
  7. Free Shipping within Klang Valley is available for orders above a minimum purchase amount of RM300. Free delivery is unavailable for any orders exceeding 15kg.
  8. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days exclude public holidays and weekends.

*Disclaimers

  1. Kindly note that MPH shall not practise Free Domicile shipment (shipper does not bear all charges).
  2. In the event that the item(s) or parcel(s) are held and/or unclaimed at custom and/or destination countries due to customers’ refusal to pay the tax, GST, VAT and/or storage, MPH shall not liable should the courier company proceed to abandon or destroy the orders after a certain holding period according to their policy and the order will not be refunded.
  3. Kindly note that should the order/parcel not be accepted or claimed by the customer/consignee or is undeliverable due to error or omission on the part of the customer/consignee or owner or for which no disposition instructions have been provided to the MPH (shipper) within the 90 days (upon receiving email notification from our end) of its arrival, the order/parcel shall be considered unclaimed/abandoned.   4. MPH (shipper) shall not entertain any request(s) from the customer (consignee) for cancellation or refund of the confirmed order(s) should the customer (consignee) refuse to pay the duty and tax incurred at the destination countries.
  5. If the parcel cannot be delivered to the consignee (customer) and if it is returned to us/shipper due to uncollected/undelivered parcel, we will refund the amount paid minus the delivery charges, storage fees (if any) and penalty imposed by courier company for returning the parcel to us/shipper.
